My history
After many years working all around Europe in the field of Customer Service, I have learnt how to understand people’s needs and developed a fast empathy reaction to identify problems and how to solve them.
Since I was a child I have passion for drawing; I was curious about design and always had that kind of “desing instinct” that makes you see what is visual attractive and what is more appealing. I grew up with all kind of Anime, Comics, cartoons and a passion for technology that made me develop a unique style.
I studed HR and Laboral Relations as well as a Master in Teaching because I always liked Social Science.
In October 2021 I have completed the UX/UI Bootcamp in Ironhack Berlin with the hope developing a career as UX/UI designer, making the best possible with the combination of my work experience, my education and my soft skills.
